What Torchy’s CEO Mike Rypka has learned in 17 years making ‘Trailer Park’ tacos

Mike Rypka sees a lot of upside in the growth of Torchy’s Tacos – beyond spreading queso to 14 states. “I really wanted to provide opportunities for my people. So obviously, the more we grow, the more opportunities there are for folks within the organization to move up and have a damn good career,” he said in a recent interview.
